APPLICATIONS FOR 3 LAYER PIPE DIES
For producing 2 or 3 layer internal core PEX* pipes with adhesive and EVOH coatings. Layer thickness between 0,05 – 0,1 mm. (by dimension 25 – 110 mm)
*Can also be used with the appropriate design for PB, PERT and PP-R, PE, PP.
3-layer dies design with spiral distributor system for the pipe production with a 10% outside layer, 80% middle layer and 10% inside layer for PE and PP processing.
Larger diameters between 160-800 mm are also available.
